Our Church wants to make a difference in this city by meeting people’s spiritual needs. Since everyone has needs, hurts, joys, pressures and burdens, we all need a church family to care about us, pray for us, encourage us, and exhort us to live holy in an unholy world. The warm spirit and friendly atmosphere at Hillcrest makes you feel welcome and loved.

My Goal as Pastor is to faithfully proclaim God’s Word in a bold manner with the sincere confidence that God will speak to hearts and feed hungry souls. I emphasize evangelism because I believe the church’s primary reason for living is to seek and save that which is lost by bringing them to Jesus Christ. As a Southern Baptist Church we participate in local, national, and world missions as we cooperate with other Southern Baptist Churches in getting the gospel to the uttermost part of the earth.Every time we gather, my desire is that we hear God’s Word speak, and sense His presence as we cry out against sin, cry over the sinner, and cry to our Lord and Savior.
